Mike! How the hell are ya? I've been meaning to write you for weeks now.

Every time I drive up to my home - or look out at my backyard patio, I think, "those guys did a ****** awesome job!". Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was talking to my next door neighbour on the weekend, and he was looking at my walkway, shaking his head - and he says, "Ian, you're putting me to shame here". It was nice, you know...it's not everyday you can be the envy of the neighbourhood.

As far as I'm concerned, you and your team are artists. You design and create pieces of art. It is a true talent. I could have stood and watched the process all day. I love the attention to detail - every little cube or triangle cut to fit precisely. It matters. It's the extra time you spend on the little things - that's what I love about your work. I've been to friends' houses since, and there's not one landscaping job I've seen that's come anywhere close to the job you did for us. I just feel better when I drive up to my home. It makes it look better - and that makes it feel better. Honestly, you guys made this such a pleasurable experience. Not only were the results even better than we had expected, but to have it completed in a couple of days - that's awesome. It was a big job. And I couldn't believe how hard you all worked in the blazing sun. And how well you cleaned up afterward! That's a big thing for me. You guys were spotless.

And one final thing that was important to me. I had never had contractors in and around my house, so I was a little nervous at first about leaving my wife and kids around a bunch of guys that I didn't know - but you and your team were just super. I couldn't have asked for nicer, more polite, honest, hard working guys. After the first day, I felt like we were old friends.

So, yes - in a word - we're thrilled! Sorry I missed you at Tracy & Neil's party - I was working. And hey - we may actually have some more work for you next summer, if we can pull the funds together - but I'll let you know.

Anyway - nice to touch base with you, Mike - say hi to Kaz, Jeff, Steve,and John for me. You guys are great.
